Hybrid Media Labs is a privately owned company based in San Francisco, with a satellite office in Los Angeles. With partners such as Google and Amazon, HM Labs is a network of online properties that enable people with innovative tools to consume, distribute and monetize digital media.

Executive Team


Adam Oliver, CEO

Prior to Flixya, Adam spent four years at Stubhub, Inc. as the director of customer service operations. Adam was integral in building the core values, integrity and foundation of the Stubhub customer service department and growing the 14 person start-up to nearly 250 employees. With a growth rate of over 3,000 percent between 2002-2005, Stubhub, Inc. was ranked the 8th fastest growing private company in America on Inc. Magazine's 2006 "Inc. 500" list.

In 1996, with a background in music synthesis, multimedia production and sound design, Adam co-founded and became CEO of a streaming media company, based in San Francisco. Since 1993, Adam has been a business intelligence consultant and has contributed to the success of a wide range of Internet and media pioneers.


Florian Cervenka, CTO

Prior to Flixya, Florian co-founded a popular file hosting and photo sharing network based in Vienna, Austria. With a background in object oriented programming, database systems, algorithms and data structures, Florian also specializes in Internet security. Florian is currently enrolled at the Technical University of Vienna.



Ivan Wong, COO

Ivan is a veteran web producer with expertise in project management, web technolgies & architecture, UI design, SEO, online marketing and Google Adwords.

Ivan holds an MS in EE from USC and a BS in EE from the University of California at San Diego. As an electrical engineer, Ivan has a background in image processing, wireless communications, semiconductor memories, and IP.
